Obamacare V, Help's On the Way!

I found access to a broker, through my son's company. She's helped us before, so I got into the website, found the settings (Thanks Sheryl!) and appointed her to be my administrator. Wonderful! We talked about the saga so far and she sounded distant... like she was distracted. She was- she tried to get on the website. No dice! 

She assured me she'd get on eventually and would call and get some answers. She'll contact me next week with answers.
