Let The Spoiling Begin!

We've got a weekend approaching with four grandchildren arriving. Logan (11) and Lindsay (14) from Seattle, along with Lily and Christian with their dad and mom, Tim and Jamie from Las Vegas, will show on Saturday. QG headed to the store to find enough food to stuff them for a good year's growth. We've got plans: Disc golf, hiking, painting, horseshoes, quilting, Duck Creek Days and perhaps a few rides on Libby. Why not finish out the day with a campfire? They'll only be here a few days, so we'll jam in a year's worth of fun. Isn't that our job description as grandparents? Spoil 'em rotten. Okay, two grandparent jokes: Why do grandparents and grandchildren get along so well? They have a common enemy. And grandchildren are God's reward for not killing your kids. The fun begins Saturday.

Someone was offended at the common enemy joke. It's a joke. J O K E. I love my kids. Really. Honest! I do!
