50 States, 11 Days To Go

"Let's just go ahead and be what we what we were meant to be, without enviously or pridefully comparing ourselves with each another, or trying to be something we aren't."
~Romans 12:3 MSG

First, an apology. I spent two hours on the phone with Art as we struggled to figure out why photos don't post on the blog. I won't bore you with the details, but the skills needed to be geeky enough to function with Blogger and the iPad are way out there.

Yesterday was a weird day. We're home, sort of, the trip isn't done, we had business to take care of, and Vegas was our best shot for launching to aloha land. You can't just leave Libby anywhere. We found that out in Newark, New Jersey during Hurricane Sandy.

We got to spend quality time with the kids and grandkids, however, and that was wonderful.
Now it's 3 a.m and I'm awake.
We'll try to post some pictures.

Grandparents will go to great lengths to entertain the grandkids. It appears that one of them told you to "Go, fly a kite, Grampa!"... so you did! Nice!

Wait til they get older and tell you to take a hike!

The word 'fly' is quite a stretch.
